Optimistic outlook

 

Positivity

In our life it is natural for most or in fact all of us to be carried away more by the negative side and forces. If we measure power of equal magnitude of negative and positive deeds it is without a doubt that negative weight will outweigh positive. Yet we find some people who are positive and tend to take things positively. Many like and appreciate positive minded people. To illustrate real life example, I heard story from a friend of mine (Let’s say him as Mr. A for confidentiality) whose brother does not talk much. It is sort of awkward for guest to share an accommodation of a night or few. A’s brother would never utter a word; he would lock himself up in his room and would not bother even a smile, let alone words. One day friend of A came to Thimphu for some important work and he recognized silence and seemingly not so hospitable and interactive nature of brother of A. He tried hard to talk to him but could not. His friend told that it is his nature, introverted. When A revealed to him that he would not talk to his relatives, let alone others he was convinced.  One instant he said, “There is nothing good or bad”. That line hit hard to the heart of Mr. A as arrow; it was so touchy to hear yet he pretended as if he did not hear. He halted for almost a week yet he could come to terms with brother of A’s nature. This sort of positivity we must adapt in life.

ང་བཅས་རའི་མི་ཚེ་ནང་ལུ་ མང་ཤོས་ཅིག་གིས་ར་ ལོག་པའི་མནོ་བསམ་གྱིས་ཕྱག་འབག་ནི་འདི་རང་བཞིན་ཅིག་ཨིན་ཟེར་མནོཝ་མས། གལ་སྲིད་ང་བཅས་ཀྱིས་ རྒྱ་ཆེ་བ་དང་མགོ་ཡངས་པའི་མནོ་ཐངས་འདི་དང་ རྒྱ་ཆུང་བ་དང་ལོག་པའི་མནོ་ཐངས་འདི་སྲང་ཁར་བཏབ་པ་ཅིན་ ལྗིད་འདི་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད་པར་ ལོག་པའི་མནོ་ཐངས་འདི་ར་མང་ནི་ཨིན། ཨིན་རུང་ མི་ཚེའི་ནང་ལུ་ མི་ལ་ལུ་ཅིག་ བཟང་ཕྱོགས་དང་མགོ་ཡངས་པའི་མནོ་བསམ་གཏང་མི་འོངམ་ཨིན། ལཱ་ག་ཅི་ར་འབད་རུང་མནོ་བསམ་རྒྱ་ཆེ་དྲག་སྦེ་གཏང་ནིའི་རྩིས་རྐྱབ་མི་ལུ་ག་ར་གིས་དགའ་ནི་དང་རྗེས་སུ་ཡིད་རངས་བསྐྱེདཔ་ཨིན། མནོ་བསམ་མགོ་ཡངས་པའི་དཔེ་ངོ་མ་ཅིག་བཀོདཔ་འདྲཝ་ཅིག་འབདན་ ངོ་མིང་ཨེ་་༼གསང་བའི་དོན་ལུ་ལག་ལེན་འཐབ་ཅི༽ ཟེར་མི་ཅིག་ལུ་ནུ་གཅུང་ ཁ་གནམ་མེད་ས་མེད་སླབ་ནི་མེད་མི་ མི་དང་འབྲེལ་བ་འཐབ་མ་ཤེས་མི་ཅིག་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན་མས། ནམ་ཅིག་གི་ཚེ་ ཨེ་གི་ཆ་རོགས་ཅིག་ལཱ་ཅིག་འཐོན་ཏེ་ཐིམ་ཕུག་ལུ་ཨེ་དང་ཆ་སྡོད་དགོཔ་འཐོན་ནུག། དེ་བསྒང་ཨེ་གི་ཆ་རོགས་ཀྱིས་ ཨེ་གི་ནུ་གཅུང་ལུ་ ག་དེམ་ཅིག་ཁ་སླབ་ནིའི་རྩིས་རྐྱབ་རུང་ སླབ་མ་ཚུགས་པས། ཨེ་གིས་ཁོ་ལུ་ ནུ་གཅུང་གི་རང་བཞིན་ར་དེ་སྦེ་ཨིན། ཁོ་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཆ་ཁྱབ་འདི་ཕར་ར་བཞག་ སྤུན་ཆ་ཚུ་འོང་རུང་ཁ་སླབ་མི་བཏུབ། ཁོ་ལུ་འདི་བཟུམ་གི་རིག་རྩལ་མེད་ཟེར་སླབ་ད་ ཨེ་གི་ཆ་རོགས་ཀྱིས་ ཨེང་ དེ་སྦེ་ཨིནམ་འདྲས་སྦོ་ཟེར་ ཁ་བཟེད་ནུག། ནམ་ཅིག་ཁོ་གིས་སླབ་མི་ནང་ ང་བཅས་ར་ཟོགཔོ་དང་ ལེགས་ཤོམ་ཟེར་མེད་ཟེར་ མགོ་ཡངས་པའི་མནོ་བསམ་ཕྱིར་བཏོན་པའི་ཚེ་ དེ་གིས་ཨེ་གི་དོན་ཧིང་གུ་ཚ་ཐང་ཐ་ མདའ་བཟུམ་ཕོག་རུང་ ཁོ་གིས་གོ་ར་མ་གོཝ་བཟུམ་བཟོ་སྡོད་ནུག། བདུན་ཕྲག་གཅིག་དེ་ཅིག་སྡོད་པའི་མཐར་ ཁོ་གིས་ཨེའི་ནུ་གཅུང་གི་རང་བཞིན་ལུ་རྩིས་མཐོང་བསྐྱེད་དེ་་དེ་དང་འགྲིགཔ་སྦེ་སྡོད་ནུག། ང་བཅས་ར་ག་ར་འབད་རུང་མགོ་ཡངས་ཏོག་ཏོ་ཁོ་བཟུམ་སྡོད་དགོཔ་འདི་ཁག་ཆེ་ནི་མས་ཟེར་མནོ་ཡི།
