འཁོར་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འདི་ནང་ང་བཅས་ཚུ།།སྙིང་པོ་མེད་པའི་ལཱ་གིས་དུས་ཚོད་རྗོགས།།
འཛམ་གླིང་འཁོར་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བུ་ང་གིས།།རྩ་དང་སྤུ་ལས་བཟོད་རང་མི་ཚུགས་པས།།
In this samsaric frame,
We exhaust our time in nonsense charmless,
This pain of samsara,
I find it tough to bear.
